The organization also has HACCP (Hayzart Analasys of Critical Control Point) certification, which has given it a cutting edge and a chance to prevail upon its competitors. The National Advisory Committee on Microbiological Criteria for Foods in USA has recommended HACCP as an effective and rational means of assuring food safety from harvest to consumption.
